The Mobilis pod consists of a rectangular frame built of carbon fiber wrapped around composite honeycomb core. This construction enables the unit to be extremely lightweight and strong. Post consumer materials are used whenever possible and all parts are labeled for later recycling.

The multi-piece frame will consist of 16 sections that snap together to form the pod. Gas permeable Mylar may be zipped into the pod to provide security from the elements. The material may be either translucent or opaque depending on the application. All the components will stack neatly for transportation and storage.

The pod's dimensions are 2 meters tall by 3 meters wide and 2 meters deep. The unit is intended to comfortably hold two to three people and provide unobstructed views both out and in. Adjustable legs keep the pod level.
